Refund policy

We want you to love your Bunzyp plush. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How returns work

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
• Once we approve your return, we'll send you instructions on where to send the item.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see below).

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll cover the cost of a replacement or refund, including return shipping if needed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to show the refund.
